Drew was very attentive from the moment I walked in the door greeted me, asked me if I needed help with anything and I’m just a girl so instead of searching all over the whole store I asked him to look for me. He helped me with no worries. He got me in and out less than five minutes with no stress, I was very pleased with my experience. Thanks Drew!

Our experience was today around 2pm. Louis went in the store to exchange a car battery because it had a bad cell. and the sales associate said they didn't have those batteries. Louis walked in the back and pointed that they did have the battery. In the meantime Billy walked in to get R1234 for his car and there was not prices listed under or by the R1234, Billy asked the employee what the price was and he advised him that it's on the shelf . In fact it was not on the shelf. There were couple other customers that were not being attended to. So the main thing is the sales associates lack customer service ettiquette and lazy. So I hope David Varns ,District Manager reads this review. The solution I have is since they will not be reprimanded, they should attend a Customer Service ettiquette workshop. Advance Auto offered their employees Customer Service training as I worked their , maybe Autozone should offer a training course. If Auto Zone did not have customers, they would not be in business and the employees at store#6438 would not have a paycheck. Respectfully, Erin Brown

Very poor customer service, as I went in there looking for a car battery yesterday. The employee who checked me out was very rude. The man was sarcastic and his tone was not appropriate. I called the place today asking about the money back from giving them your old battery. The person on the phone was very rude as well. I don’t need something explained to me like I’m a child. Is everyone who works here rude, because there’s no reason why I couldn’t get an adequate experience here

Great customer service. Dorian helped me get the right tool at the best deal. It's nice when people go the extra mile so I could finish my project with no issues. Thanks again
