CAR AUDIO SCAMMERS. I had a Pioneer 7" stereo installed, but it only worked intermittently, and when I took it back they tried to convince me the amp was bad and I needed to spend another $1200. The guy told me how my vehicle had a special smaller Bose amp that was very expensive (100% lie. My amp is huge). He told me he could tell my speakers were bad (another lie). Speakers work great after I plugged in a LOOSE CONNECTOR (which is what I told them it was). They got angry I would say something like that. I Wasn't happy spending an entire day diagnosing the problem, but I sure am glad I did so I could see how bad they were trying to scam me. My huge Amp & old speakers work perfectly now. Too bad it wasnt just one tech that tried to scam me, I could right that off. IT WAS 3 of them! The whole department is crooked.

I visited this Best Buy on October 29, 2025, around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had a few simple questions about a Wi-Fi issue, but during the 10 minutes I was in the store, no one approached or acknowledged me. While a few employees were assisting customers, several others appeared to be idle and chatting among themselves. As someone who was not feeling well and just needed some quick guidance, I left without receiving any help. I value good customer service, and this visit did not meet that standard. I’ll be visiting another location in the future where I hope to find more attentive and helpful staff.

Jimmy and Eric with Geek Squad did a phenomenal job installing our 75" TV above our fireplace. They were on time, very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. They were also very knowledgeable about the best way to hook up my components, etc. The utmost professionals. I will request them again if I need another TV mounted. -Phil

Great Service. Went in for a mac book n came out with a mac book. Thanks to Aubrey Bryant. Walked me through the whole process and helped me with my purchase the whole process. Was 100% focused on me the customer and gave 100% customer service. Greatly Appreciated. Thanks Best Buy.

This review is more for the district and corporate. I love this store and 5 stars to all the great associates at this store. Unfortunately I do not agree with Best buy not having cashiers at the front end. Why are you using your service desk associates as regular cashiers when they have a lot of responsibilities already (online orders pick up, returns, exchanges, phone inquiries , Geek squat, sweet customers, angry customers and who know what else ) Please be considered and allow budget to schedule cashiers your employees are not robots and deserve respect. Best buy used to be way better.

I called the day of to make sure they were doing a midnight release of Pokemon Legends ZA. The store customer service member assured me they were doing one. I’ve been waiting here at 12 for over 15 minutes and the doors are still shuttered and closed. Super frustrating to be out this late and lied to about an event.

Trying to get washer repaired or replace. Have a warranty. This has been going on since October 28, 2025. The first appt. was cancelled by them without my knowledge, the second appt. Stated they came out but could not find the place and tried to call me but went to voicemail which I do not have but they had the wrong number which I gave them the number over and over again and changed it in the store. 3rd attempt… same excuse. I will no longer spend my money at Best Buy. This is the second washer in 2-3 yrs. Tried to speak with supervisor but was told they will tell me the same thing.
