CubeSmart Self Storage

Upon my arrival the cube smart rep provided concise attention to my needs while also assisting each individual that entered and excited. She was patient and kind with everyone she came in contact with. Full instructions were provided in regards to every service available, in detail more than once for clarity.

I had a wonderful experience. Michael Mitchell was excellent. He was pleasant and took the time to show us multiple units. We will be storing our belongings here mostly because of the customer service and the location.

I came in just to get a few boxes out. I have come here a few times this week and noticed the facility looking so nice and well organized. Jacky provided me with awesome customer service!!!

We sadly needed to clear out our storage unit because of moving. The staff when we rented and left the unit were absolutely the BEST!! Ty shell was awesome and super informative we would recommend this place to anyone with the needs of extra storage.

Came in to get a unit for my brother stationed overseas and the rep working in the store that day, Michael Mitchell was very helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly and was very knowledgeable of what was needed. If you're ever in the store and he in there you're definitely in good hands.

I worked with Jacky. She was very cool and super helpful. Jacky even stayed a little past closing to make sure I had everything I needed taken care of and didn’t rush me out either. Jacky is awesome.

We’ve had a storage unit at the CubeSmart location on Herlong Rd for quite some time now. We’ve always had a good experience with them, and most recently Vin was extremely helpful while I was coming in to make my payment and get set up on AutoPay.
