The sales team here is extremely knowledgeable. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask, they were able to tell me what helmet I needed. Just by giving him what I wanted in a helmet along with having one that's almost top rated for safety.

Updated 6.2.25 special things to Chris. This man was able to get my tires done on a Monday last minute and short staffed. I cannot thank him and the staff at Cycle Gear Beaxh Boulevard enough. They never cease to amaze me! Update 02.24.25, special thanks Maxwell!! This man hooked it up with my freshly painted wheels and did a great job mounting the new tires!! Great pricing, knowledgeable team, and super friendly staff!! Special thank to Jacob!! Definitely a good experience for the January season in 2025 couldn’t have been happier with the store and the staff!! The Official Jacksonville Rockets have good faith in this location ️

Update: Quality control issues! My tire was installed backwards! If a company asks you to bring in the wheels because they don't provide that service, the least they can do is QC their products, specially something so critical about the safety of the rider. Took my wheels to get new tires on and got them ready the very next day. Great service.

Call to see if the battery i needed was there in stock, yes it was indeed there. I told the rep I would be there shortly he had it on the counter and ready to go when I walked in the door. I was in and out with a smile Friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable with supplies. Best customer service ever i give them a 10 !!

Chris was awesome, he was honest and extremely knowledgeable. It’s my first year riding, so having someone very informative and helpful was much needed!

I am leaving this review, only because I was asked by cycle gear to leave one. I love shopping here. Staff is helpful. Great products. What I am not happy about is last year I paid 40 bucks to join the RPM rewards club, and in the course of that year I have spent over 2,000 dollars. I found out last night, that I lost all my rewards points because last month my membership expired, and I lost all my points when this happened with no way to recoup those rewards. Not a great customer Experience due to a program that was designed to improve customer Experience. Overall Cycle gear is the place to go, but this program needs evaluated from the top down.

They were pretty helpful there, but hopefully when I come back for another helmet, they won't ask me "Why I chose that specific item" If I'm buying the item, I shouldn't have to be questioned why unless assistance is required. First time I allowed that to happen I got talked into spending more over a helmet that is very tight and uncomfortable. But what do i know, i was a new rider then.
