Energy Seal #1 Spray Foam Insulation Contractor

The team was neat and well organized. They took care of my home and contents. I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Energy Seal spray foam. It is well worth the investment from standard fiberglass insulation to this unbelievable product "Spray Foam ". We have it in our walls and attic and wish we had done it sooner!!! Don’t wait for a better time. You will be satisfied with the results!!

The price was reasonable, the installation team was quick and professional, the results were immediately noticeable! I especially appreciated the how knowledgeable and helpful the owner was in getting the initial estimate done and with facilitating our final payment. 100% would recommend getting this done before the summer heat is in full effect!

House #1 I was having a problem with being able to cool the upstairs of my house. It would stay 80 degrees during the summer even though we had the thermostat set at 70. Enter Energy Seal and now my upstairs stays at a cool 70 and my A/C unit isn’t running constantly. I’m seeing a 5 degree difference between my attic temperature and the temperature in my house. Energy Seal was prompt and cleaned up after the job. My only complaint is that I didn’t do this 5 years ago. House #2 This is my second time using Energy Seal. Got the quote on Friday, they were out on Monday doing the installation. Installers were on time, completed the job in an efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous. No complaints second time around. It’s cooler right now, but after first experience with bigger house I’m sure we will see the energy savings we are expecting. Updated review from 5 to 1 star You can see the true character of an individual (or business) not when things go as they should but when they don’t go as planned. We’ve had our foam installation for about a year now and we are in the process of adding an extension to our covered patio on the rear of our house. We are replacing the covered patio ceiling with tongue and groove cedar. When the contractors removed the ceiling it exposed the attic and you could see that the spray foam does not go all the way to the side of the roof line (see picture). I text Stan Nagle (owner) this picture, as well as a video that I can’t seem to post, and asked if this was normal. He informed me that he was on vacation in Mexico but would send his guy out to take a look on Monday. Two weeks go by and nobody has visited. I reach back out to Stan to inform him that the ceiling will be getting installed in the next 2 weeks and we need to get somebody to the house. It takes another week to finally get Stan on the phone. During our conversation, he takes on a condescending attitude trying to explain how the fiberglass insulation is providing enough of an insulation barrier based upon the temperature in my attic. The point is, I paid for my entire roof line to be sprayed with foam and it wasn’t. Instead of acknowledging that fact and sending his people out to fix the problem (which they wouldn’t even have to go in the attic since the ceiling was exposed) he became condescending and argumentative. If things go as planned you’ll have a good experience. However, if they don’t, be prepared to be treated as a child.

Stan and his team are awesome. They are prompt, answered every question, and returned every call. The crawlspace under our house was flooded during Hurricane Irma. The old owner used open cell foam which absorbed and retained a lot of water. Stan's team removed the old stuff and installed closed cell foam. He even offered to lend me his heater blower to dry the crawlspace at no charge! I highly recommend Energy Seal. Great People. Good price. Honest.

Stan was great to work with. He returns calls immediately. Does what he says he is going to do, when he says he will do it. Energy Seal was one of 5 bids I had gotten. They had no problem sending pictures of their work with the estimate. Ricardo did an excellent job from start to finish. These guys are the real deal I would recommend them to everyone and personally they will be my go to company for all of my insulation needs.

Review # 1 - Prompt, Courteous, Excellent Value - They showed up on time (even a few minutes early). They taped everything up and took great care to protect the windows and floor. They were quick and the price couldn't be beat. I will be using them again and again as i renovate more rooms. Review # 2 - 3/31/21 - This is the second time we have used Energy Seal and our experience was even better than the first time (if that is even possible). Their team wore masks and maintained their distance while performing the service. This time we had one internal room done and two outside garages (one stand-alone and one attached garage). We thought we had cleared enough room around the edges, turns out that we did not. They moved a BUNCH of stuff, covered the rest with plastic and treated our things like they were their own. They were polite, professional and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. They meticulously cleaned up the spray and I could not be more pleased. Thank you again and rest assured as we renovate more rooms, we will be calling on them again. Thank you!

Stan was easy to contact and was quick to send a quote. His guys arrived on time and did an excellent job removing the old insulation and spraying new open cell insulation on the bottom of the roof deck. Now my attic is much more comfortable, my upstairs doesn't get as hot during the day.
