Extra Space Storage

I found this facility when I was in the middle of moving from a divorce and losing one of my twin sun sons. I was in a vulnerable state. The young lady that’s the manager Ashley was extremely courteous and helpful. The facility is affordable, clean, and safe. I love it there! The manager Ashley makes every visit enjoyable. Recently I went in not understanding why my monthly bill had went up so much. The manager Ashley explained and was able to help me get it lowered. She’s for the customers while still being for her employer. I’ll stay here as long as I need storage. Her customer service is top tier and unmatched. She even a pleasure to converse with while paying your bill. If you need a storage unit check them out. They also just updated the doors on all the units too.

Ashley was amazing the customer service and the way she worked to help me understand my bill and get it lowered I thank her and I chose the best place to rent looking forward to working more with her. She definitely gained a long term customer.

Yesterday I came in upset about my monthly bill going up. Ashley the store manager amazing she was able to calm me down and explain what was going on and help me get it lowered. Her customer service is phenomenal I look forward to working with her in the future.

The experience was awesome great service from Mary W. she was helpful and very concerned with our needs. We had other inquiries to make and this was our first and only because she was awesome.
