Awning F45S for EKKO Sprinter purchased from FreedomVanGo - awning looks great on the rig. Took off "CareNot" awning that failed after four uses. Much better fit for me. Works in moderate wind conditions. Shipping took a while, but all arrived in good shape. Contacted FreedomVanGo customer support with questions and they were quick to get back to me and were helpful. Awning was installed by two seventy-something year olds using ratchet straps attached to the far roof rails. Thanks for your help.

Great experience with FVG, well worth the travel time to their location. They installed four windows, a fan, and an air conditioning unit for me. The estimating and scheduling process was very easy and straight forward. The work was completely very professionally and I'm pleased with everything. Their staff is terrific and any questions I had post-install were answered very quickly. Highly recommend FVG!

FreedomVanGo is probably the best shop in the country to have work done to a camper van like an EKKO. I trust them implicitly when it comes to electrical work and look forward to doing further business with them. I had my Transit EKKO there for them to do several recalls/service campaigns and previously for a DC-DC Charger install and Chris/Nate are a pleasure to work with. FreedomVanGo is top-notch all across the board. Not only do they put out high-quality content on YouTube for free (which has been really helpful in better understanding my 2023 Winnebago EKKO Ford Transit RV better), but I have ordered parts from them to do some minor modifications on my own. Recently, I needed to expedite the shipping of a tire spacer for my unit before a 2-month trip, so I emailed their orders team after placing the order. Within 15 minutes, Caleb called me and helped me set up expedited shipping to ensure we'd get it in time, so we don't have to delay our big trip. That's customer service that is RARE these days! Can't wait to take my rig there one day for some major modifications and upgrades. I've been searching for a lightweight molle panel to securely store my fly rod cases under the bed in my Winnebago Revel for months. I found the perfect ones from FreedomVanGo. They were a 95% fit, and I only needed a little ingenuity to make up the last 5%. Installing them into the RAM tracks under the bed took less than 5 minutes. Now all my gear is strapped under the bed and out of the way. I'm back to being a happy camper!

Have no doubt or concern about doing business with this highly professional, experienced, friendly and committed group of people. We winter in Florida and drove 3850 miles to our Florida home waiting to upfit our 2025 Sprekko until we could be in Jacksonville. In fact a year prior we shopped for all the parts we wanted before we even had our Sprekko. Our salesperson Hannah was helpful, communicated well and took care of our needs. Grant has built a team that are empowered and customer focused. Winnebago recalls were performed well, our additions of a full suspension upgrade, super singles, winch, lights, front bumper, and a few other items were all installed well. Now the big difference is we had one minor problem with the solar recall that Freedom Van go made huge efforts to squeeze us in and resolve (defective Winnebago part with a intermittent failure) and once we got home 3850 miles away we had another manufacturer defect show up that was resolved with a new part sent by Fed Ex the next day under warranty….the big difference is how they stepped up and solved the issue when it arose. I’ve had 30 years in the auto industry, owned my own dealership with 138 employees….marked me as impressed!
