Hall's Nursery & ACE Hardware

It is 2025 and have been on their yearly lawn care routine for 5 years.My lawn is thick green even in January. The ladies that operate that department has given the greatest advice. Pics May 2025

Went up there today and found out buddy doesn’t work there anymore. He had just helped me and made my shopping enjoyable.

If I could rate it a zero stars I would. Don’t ever buy a lawnmower from this so-called company. They will not stand behind it and they do not back them at all. They are liars and it’s a shame. We have owned a landscaping business for over 25 years and done a lot of business with them, but they do not stand behind their product. What a shame!!!! They have lost us as a customer for good. The Toro lawnmower they sell is crap. DON’T BUY IT.!!!!!!!

It's a cute place. I like to look at their bird feeders. The plant department is great and they always have something too pretty to pass up.

As a carpenter I love hardware stores in general. Although Ace's aren't old-fashioned they are very well stocked. Way good service but not over bearing like places can be. Very clean but exit layout not bad but kind of funky. I'll include some knife pics I took. Very nice and new brand to me. I will be returning for the double cutter (scissors & knife combo) hopefully next week. Great store.

Ace Hardware always provides great value and reasonable prices. Their staff are always efficient, friendly and professional. KUDOS!

Great store and staff are friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave them a 4 stars instead of 5 is simple. They NEVER pick up or answer their phones. Really kind of hard to do Curbside pickup when it just rings and rings. I literally have to drive there and catch a staff member coming out to get curbside/disability (wheelchair bound veteran) assistance. Sometimes it’s easier for me to call via setting up wheelchair and going in. Plus they got rid of their Military, etc discount. UPDATED AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Thank you for your quick response: Unfortunately I would say ok about the phones but this isn’t the first time. Actually it’s every time since the last 6 plus months or so. I get that your store is busy from time to time but as I stated each and every time I call??? I literally called this morning and never got through so drove there instead and a young man helped me out (sorry I didn’t get his name because KUDOS TO HIM) he took a picture of the Bug Killer that I needed (Triazicide) and went back onto the store to look for it and came out and said that it just arrived on the truck and to come back later after it was inventoried. The next time that I come into the store I would like to touch basis with either ownership and r management and maybe they can show up the app/etc to make future store experiences better.
