This a great place to store your vehicles especially out of the Florida Sun ☀️ or possible from flood as the enclosed storage space sits up high. I’m from California and it’s been a long process moving to Florida. However Zachary helped me out to accommodate my car transport that was delivering my vehicles. He was extremely nice, and professional, in which I appreciate for all the help, as well as the great communication. David is a great host and this is a very convenient and hard to find space located in San Marco. It is a full, private, two car garage space that is very secure and easily accessible. I felt very fortunate to find this much needed space 3 years ago.

Great organization, great security, on point with communication, the storage looked robust! And had an electronic controlled by the owner for added security which gave me peace of mind, as why on the west coast while my vehicles were at this location and safely stored.

Awesome experience renting with Zachary. He responds quickly to all messages, checked on my car while it was in storage (tires, battery etc) and made it easy for me to access my stuff when I needed it. Super flexible and im very thankful I found this rental!

He seemed alright. Neighbor is sketchy to be parking a $150k piece of equipment in. Like the spot. A little tight but, we’ll know more once I actually "attempt" to park there.

Terrific host, was on scene waiting for me the first day of my rental and explained everything. Safe parking spots in a gated parking lot.
