Always polite. Never had a problem with personnel. I was storing property of my deceased friend for her family. The problem I had is carpet beetles got in the storage and on the items in it. I decided to throw everything away but the garbage bin was locked and I was told tenants can’t use garbage bin. You have to take your trash somewhere else to throw away. I didn’t want the bugs in my car so I left it .
Ms.Jessica was so friendly and helpful today with helping me rent out a storage unit. Even with working by herself she still remained professional and had a smile. I highly recommend this storage unit company.
