Midgard Self Storage

I had the pleasure of using Midguard Storage for 3 Years. The Customer Service and Support is always accommodating. Customer service via phone or virtual is Awesome. Safety is key, I always feel safe when visiting my storage locker. This is a great facility.

Everything was made easy walk right in and and used The virtual The girl Jessica that helped me was very knowledgeable. Very friendly. She made it very easy to get my storage unit. showed me how to go with the map what I needed to do and what to expect excellent service

I went in to Midgard Self Storage expecting to find someone to help me but instead there was this large screen. Then this young lady pops up on the screen and began to give be one of the best customer service experiences I ever had, even though one of the systems were down so I could not get everything I needed taken care of. She informed me of the who, what, when, where, and how of the situation, completed my reservation, and answered all my questions with grace. I left satisfied with the experience and with tasks marked off my to do list. Thank you, Jewels!

My experience was different. I spoke to a person via satellite tv. Kesha was knowledgeable and kind. She was patient and considerate of my concerns. She helped reward me for being a longtime, autopay customer. She's the reason I'm still with Midgard

Our storage specialist Darian and the property manager were both helpful in setting up our storage unit and answering any of our questions. Made the process super simple and straightforward. Would recommend if you are in need of storing needs.

I had a situation with the location of my space since it was new and did not enclose my space but the virtual agent Laidy appeared on the screen and resolved my situation in a very kind and attentive manner, at that moment I felt a little uncomfortable and her attention and understanding immediately took away my discomfort, how much I would like that wherever I went I would find people with that personality, professionalism and charisma, my end was a success, Thank you Laidy, God bless you very much #1
