Completely awful, uninformed staff of their products,rude to customers.as website states they do sell aftermarket batteries Continental,so after 4 months it went bad(had document & tested) they refused to replace said they don't sell those I must have forgotten where I bought it.I had the receipt with NAPA on it. I showed their website to him again he said we don't sell them.I will never buy from NAPA again

My husband needed a certain filter, was told 2 in stock. No one could locate. He was told we will order you one. He goes back to pick up the ordered one. Cannot find, we must have sold the one we ordered for you, we will be glad to order again. Go back,finally have it. 3 trips for 1 item. Maybe someone needs more training. Fuel for the car is not free.
The Napa on Main Street has been our main store for years. The employees at this location, their excellent customer service and thir knowledge of parts and their jobs. Makes them exceptional and my favorite location to visit.
