I have no words. I am just so speechless and grateful. Brandon, David, and Bridget are fantastic. This is a family-owned small business and I called with an emergency situation to move the same week. They not only answered the phone in the evening and scheduled the move so I could sleep soundly, they came on time and were super professional, took good care of all my belongings, and were so incredibly fast. They were practically running back to the truck to get more. Considering they are paid by the hour, they obviously have a fantastic set of morals and compassion for their community. Thank you. I will never go to another moving company as long as I live in the Jacksonville area or wherever they service. I hope they expand in the future. More moving companies should be like them. Thank you guys so incredibly much! I can't wait to call you back to get my stuff out of storage and hopefully a month or two. ♥️

Brandon, David, and Joseph were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it and treated my belongings with respect. They even put my Christmas decorations away in the garage up on super high shelves without asking and set my lamps on my nightstand. Simple but thoughtful touches! I couldn’t have asked for a better team — prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I’ve moved dozens of times, but would only pick these guys again - highly recommend this moving company!

These guys were awesome!! I wish I could remember both their names because they were amazing, friendly and hard working. I remember Adam because that’s my brother’s name. The other gentleman…sorry, I should have written your name down. I had to get my brother moved out of his apartment and did not have the energy to do it by myself. They arrived in a timely manner, jumped right to it and had me moved in no time. I feel the charges were fair and would hire them for all future moves. I’m so happy I gave them a call after a google search. Emily, thank you for your professionalism, answering the phone, and getting me scheduled right away with a great quick quote. When I had to call back and change my time slot, you were more than happy and willing to make that happen. Outstanding service. Jordan and Laquinn provided exceedingly professional service that was timely and courteous. My move was seamless and timely. All furniture was carefully delivered and set up in my new place without a scratch. Will definitely use them again for my next move.

Easy, efficient move. Took less time than I expected. I had a surprise for them when they arrived- to move my lizard homes the gentleman handled everything as pros. Third floor walk up, in 80° + heat is not an easy task. I had some furniture I wouldn’t be taking with me and the men were kind enough to leave it at the dump removal for me. I only needed my bed assembled, but they ensured they could do whatever I needed. Thank you again, a weight off my shoulders.

I’d like to offer a very positive review for the "New Chapters Moving Company". First, Emily was very helpful in scheduling the move and was AMAZING. The superstars were Brandon and David who both were very personable, mature and polite young men, which is always a positive to a very good start. They called to notify me of their arrival in 30 minutes and were even just a bit early. They took great care in moving the items and padding and protecting them. All of the items were delivered without any damage. This company is the absolute best moving company that I have ever used and I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. Thank you.
