Northern Tool + Equipment

I brought my Ego electric lawnmower in for service. I could not get it to start cutting my lawn. To staff people were very helpful. I want to recognize. Josette at the front.at the front cashier stand for her help and also Cody and several other people that helped me on the phone. I found out that the problem I had was due to my human error. Another company would’ve charged me for for that and never told me that this is an honest company and also very friendly. They have a beautiful store on Beach Boulevard full of tools was very exciting to walk around the store and look at the variety of things that they have They even have clothing which surprise me. The service department is excellent. They helped me Cody that is, and we took my lawnmower out in the back and found some grass to mow it on low and behold it worked. They also helped me put my lawnmower back in my car very sweet experience thank you very much to Northern tool and equipmentand when I have tool needs for tools, I will definitely come and see you. For people who need serious equipment, this is the place. It's ideal for contractors and handyman who know what they're doing and need the kinds of tools and equipment that lean more toward commercial and industrial grade qualities. Their spare parts are especially welcome, it's great to be able to pick upa new tire for almost any size cart or wheelbarrow. While they have outdoor care equipment, including an excellent selection of Stihl, and lawn mowers, for chainsaws and hand tools like rakes, pruners, and shovels, they are a bit more limited. If you're a tool guy, it's hard not to enjoy a walk around this store

Item rang up 94.99 and tag said 72.99. Went and took a picture and lady at cash register said it was different part number. Not the first time I’ve had issues with pricing at the northern tool, but it will be the last time. I’ll gladly pay more somewhere else and not argue over price and have them treat me as if I’m not able to tell prices.

I wish there was a zero option for rating,,if so I would have.i have purchased all my stihl brand lawn equipments from this location on Atlantic blvd.at the time of purchase ,they were offering extra warranty by purchasing a 2cycle oil for the tools which was a great deal.about 2-3 times I took my blower and the trimmer for repair which they were still under repairs warranty, each time they had different excuses such as the technician is out,sick,on vacation or behind (like the ryobi repair location)so it would take a long time time to repair.when asking them why,their response was I am sorry .I had to take it to Nichols Equipment which they repaired it the next day.why offering warranty repair if you can’t keep up with it?why not having extra technical since you selling?I would not recommend.
