Ocean Movers has always come through for all our moving needs. My wife and I have recommend them to family and friends for years. Amber is great at communicating and getting things done when you need it , no matter the situation. We moved into our current home after it had rained for what seemed like a month. Our driveway was a muddy mess and they couldn’t get their trucks in due to bad road conditions. Amber and her team went the extra mile to unload all our belongings onto a trailer pulled by a four wheel drive truck that got everything to our house. I wish I could give zero stars. These people charge $250 an hour plus 7% tax, then add another $200–$300 for shrink wrap that probably costs them ten bucks. The whole setup feels like a money grab from start to finish. Let’s be real — the only ones who actually worked were Cory and Wesley. Cory was respectful, polite, and stayed moving nonstop. Wesley did a solid job too and knew how to load a truck the right way. Those two were the only reason anything got done. George, on the other hand, has terrible customer service. He acts like he’s more focused on getting your money than making sure the job’s done right. He spent most of the time hovering around and "supervising" instead of helping. He seemed more interested in keeping the clock running than taking care of the customer. Then there’s the other guy who doesn’t speak English — he barely did anything but move pillows and light bags while scrolling on his phone. It honestly looked like George was babysitting him instead of working. Meanwhile, Cory and Wesley were doing all the heavy lifting. The move dragged on because only two guys were actually putting in effort. You will end up paying close to $2,000 for about 6–7 hours, oh yea and they even tried to talk me into finishing the job the next day for another $1,000+. That’s ridiculous. Straight-up scam tactics. This company is unorganized, overpriced, and unprofessional. They send out too many people just to charge more, even though half the crew barely works. Save yourself the headache — don’t hire them unless you want to overpay for poor service. Cory and Wesley deserve recognition for working hard, but George and the rest made the whole experience miserable.

For FL’s most "reliable " movers, they don’t have much positive presence outside of google reviews. Not Better business certified. Items were stolen from my home, and I was charged for work that was never completed. The office has done nothing to address my concerns and continues to stand by the handyman despite clear proof of his lack of effort. This feels like an absolute scam—I would not trust them to move or handle anything in my home.

From the start this was a great experience! Mandi has excellent phone etiquette and there was a quick turn around from the time I made my request to the time the job was completed. Kenny and the 3 guys that arrived to move my NordicTrack X22i, were also polite and efficient. This beast is heavy and the 4 of them picked it up and moved it from my kitchen to the new room. Colton was even kind enough to put back the carpet I moved! I will use Ocean Movers again and recommend them!

From the front office to the guys on the ground; outstanding service! The crew took great care with the furniture and worked extremely efficiently. We chose the right company to make our move. We know who to call when moving services are required in the future.

Would highly recommend. Warren and Corey did a fantastic job. They were quick and professional. Definitely using them next time I need help moving.

My sister and I hired Ocean Movers when we sold my dad's house in Atlanta. Some of the items we wanted to keep were fragile like china, Hummels, and crystal. Ocean Movers sent a special team of packers trained to pack those types of items. They also did an amazing job handling large bulky items like couches and dressers. We had requested three delivery stops since my sister wanted some items delivered to her house, my daughter to her house, and then to my house. They were very happy to accommodate that request. Everyone was polite and professional. I recently unpacked some of the china and not a single item was chipped or broken. Lots and lots of paper, lol, and strong sturdy boxes. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Ocean Movers!!!! I have included a picture of one of the sets of China. Every piece was wrapped separately.
