Office Depot

I was there for some print job and the store wifi as well as self service were down. However, Alex alrhough very busy, did go above & beyond to help me. He exceeded my expectations. He is amazing, outstanding, knowledgeable and excellent. Previously Tanya & Brittany have also helped me by going above & beyond. This is a great location and this is my store to go to! Kudos to the Manager & the team at this store!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The manager Alex doesn’t call back when he said he will. The cashiers don’t know what the are doing. Really poor training is probably what it is or lack of initiative. We were charged 2x totaling 1800$ and still have yet to receive the entire refund. The cashier made a900$ mistake and blamed it on the "new system" it’s always the "new in spar assembly" which was also a joke. I could go on and on. I will avoid this company at all costs. Rant over. Posting this to hopefully relieve some frustration. Thank you

I placed an order online for print services & ordered 2 items, in error i ordered one for store pickup & one for delivery. I called & spoke with Alex & he went above & beyond to help me correct my mistake where both could be picked up at store. He even called me directly from store to let me know that he had gotten through to proper departments to correct my mistake (my words, not his) & help me out, as well as calling the next day when the order was ready. Nice to know there are still those who care about the job they do & their customers, you do not see often, thank you again for your help!

Excellent customer service. Tony went above and beyond to help me find a suitable office chair. They had a great selection of office chairs and other supplies. I highly recommend this location for your office needs in Jacksonville.

I frantically walked into the Office Depot in Bay Meadows needing a copy so I could take my real estate exam within the next 10 minutes across the street. Without a copy of my certificate for my real estate course I wouldn’t be able to take the test. The nicest man who was Asian and Was walking down the aisle doing inventory stopped and I told him what I needed and from that moment on, he was amazing with his assistance. He not only helped me figure out a way to email the certificate from my iPhone to the printing machine, but he took the phone and did the process for me because I was struggling so much when I was trying to do it myself and I was so nervous because I had wanted to pass the exam across the street so bad and I was on a time limit or I wouldn’t get to sit for the exam He was so patient and sweet and helpful. I had to write this review just to say that I will always go to Office Depot after this because the customer service thanks to this young gentleman Thursday evening around 5:20 PM was when I was in the store thank you thank you so much to this young gentleman who works for Office Depot and his great assistance and help I was able to sit for the test and get my real estate license. I will be a regular customer

I didn’t like FedEx staff Usually, FedEx staff are helpful and have a good attitude

Nick Battista helped me with an issue I had with printer ink. Then educated me on and helped open a business account. Plenty of benefits for discounts and tracking receipts. Good guys here.
