⭐ Final Comprehensive Review — RideNow Powersports Jacksonville Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with RideNow Powersports Jacksonville. In 2023, I purchased a brand-new Honda Gold Wing. The advertised price was $29,900, but with fees, freight, setup, and additional products (extended warranties and insurance packages), the total reached $42,000. The salesperson assured me that these packages would provide full support, including factory warranty extension, parts insurance, and labor coverage, for five additional years after the original warranty expired. Now, in 2025, the battery died, and even though I paid $4,500 just for the insurance, I was told that the battery and labor would not be covered, because the dealership "isn’t getting a response" from the insurance company — the same one they sold and recommended to me. The bike stayed at their shop for 2 months (from 09/13 to 11/03/2025) for a recall. When I dropped it off, the only issue was the dead battery — the check engine light was off, and the tires were low, but they didn’t even check that. When I picked it up, the engine light was on, and the employee said I’d have to pay for a diagnostic, even though the bike is still under factory warranty. I now plan to contact the insurance company to cancel this useless policy. Paying $4,500 for coverage I can’t use is unacceptable. I paid $42,000 expecting support and peace of mind, and all I got were excuses and negligence. Imagine if someone bought a million-dollar boat and then had nothing but headaches with after-sales support, or if someone saved money for years to buy their dream purchase and ended up with stress and frustration due to the dealership’s incompetence — that’s exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this dealership. They are charming at the point of sale, but their after-sales service is terrible. My warning to future customers: they make big promises at the time of sale, but take no responsibility afterward.

He answered all my questions, never pressured me, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He did most of his research online so he knew what he wanted to look at. The sales representatives were respectful of that and not pushy. I recently purchased a Spyder RT from RideNow Jacksonville, and while the initial experience had its challenges, the exceptional efforts of Jacob the Parts Manager and Tater in Sales turned it into a positive one.​ Upon arrival, despite prior communication, the dealership seemed unprepared for my visit. The Spyder was not ready for a test drive, and I was initially told I couldn't test it without committing to a deal—a policy that nearly made me walk away. However, Hailey, my salesperson, did her best to expedite the process despite being understaffed.​ Tater stepped in to handle the deal-making process. I presented a fair price, and he returned with a deal that matched my offer without any back-and-forth—a refreshing change from previous experiences. Unfortunately, a safety recall prevented me from taking the Spyder home that day, leading to disappointment and concern.​ I live over 2 1/2 hours away, This is where Jacob, the Parts Manager, truly shined. Despite not being involved in the initial sale, he took personal responsibility to ensure the recall part was ordered promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. He coordinated with Tater to arrange delivery of the Spyder to my home, which Tater personally handled, providing a thorough walkthrough upon arrival.​ Jacob also ensured a passenger backrest was accounted for and delivered. He even included thoughtful gifts—a few cool women's Can-Am t-shirts and a motorcycle/ATV tracker—to make up for the initial hiccups.​ While the start of the process was rocky, the dedication and professionalism displayed by Jacob and Tater transformed my experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase from a RideNow dealership to consider Jacksonville RN - they are not all created the same! I’ve bought two bikes from this shop. Experience is always straightforward. Yes they have dealer fees, but they’re willing to make a deal. Personally I very much appreciate that they’re to-the-point — some people take it as pushy. I’m not there to waste time. They were quick to show me full pricing, and worked with me to make the deal better. I worked with Stephen on my most recent purchase. He was attentive but not overbearing. He knew the products and felt well suited to be on the floor. Based on my experiences, I recommend this shop. Look for Stephen if you want a no-BS experience.
