Absolutely flawless moving experience from start to finish. First, the level of organization and detail put into prepping for the move was outstanding. This made moving day very smooth. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and loaded properly. The team was very careful and precise when unloading and moving items into the new house. They were very patient with us when trying to figure out where things should go. The moving crew all worked very well together. Overall a great experience.

The movers worked tirelessly all day and took great care with my belongings. They had great attitudes and were eager to help.

Suddath did an outstanding job of moving our Food Pantry to another location. Henry and Tommy were amazing. They worked non stop and no request was too much to ask. Chad and Gabe were simply fantastic! They finished a previous job early, called to see if it was OK to come early for our move, and then finished the job efficiently and professionally. It was a pleasure to see them in action.

Tommy, Henry, Herman, and Ms. Doty were so professional, friendly, and efficient. They made my entire move from Tallahassee to Jacksonville a cake walk. So much thanks to the entire crew who moved me. You guys took a tremendous stress off my plate!

We were extremely satisfied with using Suddath for our move. Moving is Already a stressful process, and can say it was the 1 piece of the process that wasn’t attesting. The guys that helped us move out and into our new home were extremely attentive and took care of our things - they took apart a few furniture pieces and put them back together; we didn’t touch a thing!! I’m super grateful that we used this moving company and would recommend for anyone needing a moving company.

I have moved every year for the past fouryears. Suddath was recommended to me and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a mover. The team lead argued with me all day about everything. I asked and paid for packing and unpacking services. The team lead argued they weren't supposed to pack things. He said he wasn't told to move the TV even though the packing inventory had the TV in it with a photograph labeling the TV. THey closed the laundry room door after pulling out the wwasher and dryer but left like 8 boxes. I had to drag them in the hallway wher he said :we have to take those too?" Yes, you have to take the boxes on moving day. They took and used my hand truck and when we told them that was ours they said well we brought five. My mom had to tell them we don't care how many you brought that one is mine. THey took one of my moving blankets. He complained about not having enough packing materials, he complained how it was going to take too long, and he complained about the way it was quoted. When they finally got everything unloaded he refused to unload. I had to call the company to get my money back because they were paid in advance. They were also supposed to haul away the boxes and packing materials after they unpacked and they did not do that either. So they took a stresful situation and made it far worse than it needed to be. DO NOT USE this company the customer service was lousy, they make you pay in advance, and then do not deliver on what you paid for. If you loook at my other reviews I reviewed two other moving companies that were fantastic to work with. Avoid this one.
