I just want to give a huge thank-you to Leo at Home Depot! I’m a city girl doing country tasks and learning to do things myself. I was nervous about what to buy and how to use the tools, but Leo was amazing patient, kind, and took his time explaining everything to me. Also, big thanks to the Return Center team, especially the two beautiful African-American ladies who are always so helpful, friendly, and professional. Every visit, they make things easy. I spent a little money, but I left happy and confident! ❤️ TLC ICE

Just needed to make a quick stop and grab something I ordered online. Because I am a guy, decided to wander around a bit. Although it’s very well stocked - if you need it, it’s probably there - I didn’t see the engagement from the staff that I am used to. If you know what you need, you’ll be fine. If you need assistance, you might want to head to a different HD or hardware store.

Sharon at the Northside Home Depot was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to help my elderly godmother get her appliances and measurements straightened out. I am so grateful for this young lady. Home Depot :: I hope that you appreciate your employees because they truly care about the customer’s needs..I give Sharon 10. Stars!

Edward in rentals is AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. The costumer service is a 10 out of 10! He makes you feel like family

Came here to rent a skid steer, I was in & out in less than 10mins. Helpful staff made sure I knew how to operate the equipment safely. Large selection of other machines to rent as well. Also have Penske trucks & dollies, and dump trailers. Good food truck out front too, can order and pay then go inside to get your supplies and get your food on the way out.

Good customer service from the employees. Everything tidy and clean.

Mike Roman- couldn’t get a more awesome person! He immediately noticed me when I walked into the garden area because I grabbed a flat bed- "wait here, I’m going to help you!" He said as he was helping another women with her flat bed to her car to load it. He came back and followed me to the polymeric sand, grabbed all 4 bags for me, waited until I paid, and helped me to my car. My trip was maybe 10mins when it easily could have been double the amount of time! He was so kind and very considerate— give that man a raise! Every employee should be like him!
