Staff was amazing!! He made sure that we had the information that we needed. He took time to answer all our questions. Never once did we feel rushed. We are very glad we went here instead of the rundown ones where the staff is sketchy and you see someone grilling in front of their unit. Very clean and accessible.

I just spoke with someone on the phone (white male) I told I was coming to see the unit. He responded to me and said oh OK. It’s 445. It’s Sunday and we will be closing at 5 o’clock. I was three minutes away. I pulled up at 4:49 and he had the doors locked and no longer took any calls. He closed the business during business hours. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau

I rented a storage unit from Meredith and it was a pleasure doing business with her. She is very professional and has a great sense of humor. She made the process easy. Thank you Meredith for your great customer service.

IF YOU ARE DISABLED, LIKE MYSELF, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU RENT HERE. I HAVE HAD TWO STROKES AND WALK WITH A CANE. I WAS PUT AT THE FARTHEST POINT AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CARTS. UPDATE: 03/29/25.....THEY NOW REQUIRE ID TO GET A CARD WHICH IS GREAT. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS VERY NICE THOUGH (he gets 5 stars)...THE STARS ARE FOR HIM NOT THE ACTUAL BUILDING....I AM NOT GIVING FIVE STARS BECAUSE OF HOW I HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH AND ALMOST FELL WHEN I MOVED INTO THE STORAGE WITHOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF A CART.

The facility is clean and well kept. Meredith at the front desk walked me through the onboarding process. She was thoughtful and efficient. This facility is all ground floor with a convenient, enclosed and air conditioned breezeway that you drive through to access the storage units. Access to the facility is achieved with a numeric code that is unique for each customer. All the units are climate controlled. All in all a very smooth initial experience that inspires confidence.

Mike (District Manager) and Meredith were both great. They gave a tour of facility and helped me pick a unit that was easily accessible. There’s also great specials going on now.
