I had an excellent experience with Sara at the storage location on 179-36 Jamaica Avenue ! She was incredible professional, friendly, and patient. Sara took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process fast and stress-free. It's rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely caring about customers. The facility is also clean, secure and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location, especially thanks to Sara's outstanding service.

Great service, Ms Sarah at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was very informative and went over every detail. , friendly and very helpful. She even walked over to my unit to help me with code and lock. The location is great , I can take the bus there and there’s parking for when I drive. I love the loading dock and elevators and very clean. With every kind of supply you may need for your move in right there in the office. Thanks #CubStorage from #HouseOfHonorLLC

I’d like to start off my saying that I’d leave zero stars if I could. I came to Cubesmart on May 25, 2025 after buying my first home and I wanted to get furniture from storage. Only to find that it was covered in an absurd amount of rat feces, urine and other fluids I couldn’t have possibly imagined. They ruined several pieces of furniture. Cubesmart said to contact my renters insurance and I found out that rats weren’t covered. I literally would have saved more money if I had just bought new furniture than leaving my stuff at Cubesmart. My things were there for just around two years for reference

We had a really smooth experience with checking and loading in. Sarah had called us prior to load in, which was very appreciated. When checking in, she was exceptional, friendly and very thorough. Overall very positive experience.

We had a great experience at this CubeSmart. We arrived after the office was technically closed but Sara took fantastic care of us. Had to come back a few times and each time we were very happy with the service we received. I highly recommend this location and especially Sara!

This is a most!! The service and the cuality of attention is amazing, it was a first time trying the storages and was kinda thinking about it but "SARAH" made it possible for me I recommend her you guys she outstanding. Really looking forward on storaging more stuffs.
