I recently used CubeSmart Self Storage for a downsizing move and had a fantastic experience. The units were clean, secure, and well-maintained — but what truly stood out was the exceptional help from Mike. He guided me through the process with patience, efficiency, and genuine care, making what could have been a stressful situation smooth and manageable. Highly recommend setting up with his assistance if you're moving or downsizing.

The staff was very kind and patient. They took the time to show me different options and worked with my price range to make sure I found the right fit. The facility has plenty of storage units available, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Avoid!!! The staff are helpful. But make no mistake, this is a predatory operation. My costs went from $112/mo to 290/mo in 5 years. My locker was covered in rodent feces top to bottom. My persian rugs, family heirlooms, were chewed and ruined, as were my mattresses. Someone had tried to break my lock. And For 7 years I paid $12/mo for "insurance". Took tons of photos. Their insurance is a total joke… it EXCLUDES rodent damage. Forget the brochure its a lie… Do not get it its worthless!

I've rented from mostly every storage company for the past 10 years for my business. This site is the cleanest. Stacy and the entire team are cordial, professional and very helpful. This is the best storage site hands down. I am a repeat customer because they are friendly; and provide the best instructions for what type of unit I should rent based on the product.

Jimmy at CubeSmart was extremely helpful and patient. He showed me my locker, explained everything clearly, and even walked me to the elevators to make sure I had easy access to my unit. Great customer service!
