This is pretty big Walgreens location - convenience store, pharmacy & photo print services. As a convenience store - looks as a good option to visit, as it 24/7 location. Missing sandwiches & any types of rolls or bread but had some groceries & water. Friendly service & reasonably fast.

4/3/25 I called to cancel 2 orders of my prescriptions. A male Pharmacist answered and told me that he cancelled them. For 4 days I could not get my medication ordered elsewhere because he never actually cancelled the orders which he said he did. I called back 4/7/25 and a girl said it wasn't cancelled and she cancelled it. Now I need to travel and I will not have my medication in time. I would not expect care givers to lie and jeopardize the health of patients.

My experience was pleasant. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced thanks to Jennipher the expert Beauty Consultant! She was polite, very knowledgable about the products. Showed me all of the promotions and even gave me coupons with an eye cream sample attached. She answered all my questions regarding lipgloss and even taught me about their color tints. Jennipher was by far incredible and I would definitely recommend her service to anyone who’s into makeup or who just wants quality customer service. Thanks for your help Jennipher!

It’s a Duane Reade but brighter and cleaner than the others in the downtown Jersey City area. Right in front of the Grove path station, it’s easy to go in and get out without too much waiting.

Just bought some chocolate covered pretzels, opened them to eat right away and they were completely melted. This store is so terrible and CONSISTENTLY has poor quality. The store is always dirty, and everything is always out of stock. The food that is in stock will be melted and/or expired. It’s actually a disgrace, you’d be better off going to literally any other store, trust me. Do NOT buy here.

I had an exceptional experience at Walgreens thanks to Randi and Nytiffah, who were working the night shift. Both of them were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their customer service was outstanding—they were attentive, efficient, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. It’s not every day you encounter such a positive and welcoming atmosphere at a store, especially at night. Randi and Nytiffah truly made my visit a pleasant one, and I will definitely return because of the excellent service they provided. Keep up the great work!

Terrible Service & Dangerous Mistakes! My husband had all four wisdom teeth removed and went under general anesthesia and was in need of his prescribed pain medication and antibiotics. The Duane Reade website says 24-hour service, but that’s completely false. The pharmacy closes for lunch till 2, which is crucial information that’s not found online. When they finally reopened, there was no sense of urgency, despite me explaining that my husband was in pain and needed his medication. Instead, I was forced to wait another 25 minutes, making me late to pick up my daughter. Then comes the worst part—they gave me the wrong medication instructions and also left out two essential prescriptions without telling me. The pharmacist incorrectly told me to take Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen, and then switch to Tylenol, which didn’t sound right. Thankfully, I called my husband’s doctor, who confirmed this was wrong and that my husband also needed antibiotics and a special mouthwash—both of which Duane Reade failed to give me. They didn’t even mention that I still had two more medications waiting to be picked up! This is not just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. A mistake like this could lead to severe pain mismanagement, infection, or worse. A pharmacy’s #1 job is to ensure patients get the correct medications and instructions, and they completely failed at that. Do better!!!!!
