Prime Storage

My husband and I went to check out the facility last week. Shana at the front desk showed us around. She was so patient and friendly. The booking process was very easy. We got our stuff in the storage today with no issues. Thank you, Shana and team!

My partner and I recently found this storage facility and are absolutely thrilled with the service and the help we've gotten so far. Shana, who is the manager, is terrific! She goes above and beyond. We have a space here for our organic EVOO business and had to bug her for so many things, such as exterminator paperwork, camera locations, etc. We highly recommend the facility and Shana <3

To begin with, I would have expected some improvements under the new management—especially now that Blue Storage is no longer in charge. Unfortunately, the same issues persist, such as only one working elevator while the other remains out of service. My unit is on the fourth floor, so this is a significant inconvenience. When I called for assistance, I was surprised and disappointed by the attitude of the front desk staff, who seemed frustrated by my request for help. I also inquired about the male employees who used to work there and was told they no longer do. Additionally, I was shocked to be charged a $75 fee simply for throwing a small bag into the dumpster. Under the previous management, this was never an issue. I attempted to contact corporate and left a message, but I have yet to receive a response. The front desk staff claimed this fee is outlined in the contract, but I was never shown or given access to that document. Again, I'm not happy at all.

Would give 0 starts if it were possible. Beware: Neither of the freight elevators are working making upper floors difficult to access. Rental fees keep going up every 6 months and service and facilities keep getting worse leaving customer frustrated.

Worst storage place I’ve ever had my belongings in. I ended up losing my stuff after a year due to miscommunication from their end. They harnessed me for month to make a payment in person when I told them I moved to NY and it’s not easy for me to go to Jersey every time I have to make a payment. I did that for a year. Now that my circumstances changed. They waited until the day of my auction to call me and tell me that I can pay with a credit card during my busy work day. They’ve been eyeing my stuff since I got there saying oh you have a lot of valuable things smh. Long story short sell your own items before wasting your money in storage and getting taken advantage of.

No issues with prime storage, clean safe area with a lot of surveillance cameras, only issues there's only one running elevator and if someone takes it up without closing the gate, you'll have to run up to find an elevator to bring it back down.
