First time coming to West Coast Cold Storage for a pick up. Although my stay was brief. I had exceptional help. I had an issue with the broker on the phone and Rudy definitely was the MVP. Helping me check into my appointment time and help with the situation. Had a great positive attitude and interaction. Walked and talked me through every step in what to do here. I've been to many customer pick ups where they rush you with very little help, but this was one of the best experiences I've had. Definitely recommend this place.
Ruby was the best very professional courtesy and spot on details. His professionalism approach to Checking In Drivers was by far the best I've ever seen. Give him a raise or I might hire him to work with me. Thanks may God Be Praised cause of Rudy.
I checked in at 2:30pm for 5Pm appointment Got the Door right away. Rudy is such a great person always welcome you with a smile. Everyone here is very friendly.
These guys are really cool. Big ups to Rudy coming in to the facility in the guards shack. Real down to earth guy that makes you want to come back to this facility. They got me loaded fast. Make sure your trailer is precooled at 33 or 34. In and out!! Thanks for respecting a drivers time!
Entrance and exit is on the side of the building, check in with the security guard, I arrived there 45 minutes before my appointment time at 2:15 pm they gave me a door. The loading was finished at 5 pm. The loader person load all the freight on the front of the trailer, 34k on the drive axles and 16k on the trailer axles. be careful when you get loaded here.
I had a load to deliver at West Coast today and the service was wonderful. I was in and out. Jessica was professional and kind I definitely will share my experience about the service I endured here at West Coast. Than you.
The Check in was Beautiful they started loading me right away the Lot is nice and smooth enough room to park easily especially for California with these very small lots I’ve seen recently the Guard at the Check in was very courteous and professional overall I’d give them 5 Stars ✨
