Old time hardware store, you can get help for anything you are looking for. Good place to get your screens repaired as well.

Place is nice and convenient…however, they stay open till 8 on weekdays but close at 6:00 on saturdays? So ridiculous, especially in the spring…Sundays whatever, but on Saturdays? They lose a lot of my business due to this…I end up going to Lowe’s or Home Depot due to this, kinda crazy.

Always clean. Clerks are always helpful. I like this location for shipping but they are always low on plants

Where was all this helpful and friendly service when I visited? I came here once and when asking for help was sent to the manager. She frowned at me and acted like I was inconveniencing her even if it was her job to help customers! I'm never coming back here again and am telling everyone I know to shop someplace else!

So, I really wanted to like this place. We just moved into the neighborhood and it’s close. So convenient. It’s clean, the employees are for the most part helpful and friendly. It’s about 40% more expensive than the bigger stores… but I am generally willing and able to spend the extra dollar to help out the small guys. But then, I was in there today - with a bunch of stuff on my list to buy - and asked to use the restroom and they told me they don’t let "the public" use the restroom. But I’m not the public. I’m your customer. This is something that REALLY irritates me. You chose a brick and mortar store and are selling goods to and taking money from human beings - they have to pee occasionally - that part of it. You should have a restroom. Period. I can basically understand the concept if you operate a business in an area where it would be an issue with messes or inappropriate behavior…. But this is a neighborhood literally surrounded by $300-400k homes. People aren’t going to be camping out in, sink showering or making messes in your bathroom. They cheerfully suggested I go next door and use their restroom… but I am not their customer they should not have to support the human needs of the entire shopping center. I’m not Euston Hardware’s customer anymore either.

Every time I am in this store, they are helpful and friendly. Tonight, I didn’t even make it from my car to the front door before someone asked how they could help me. I appreciate the customer service AND living breathing cashiers, both of which make it worthwhile to me to pay a small percentage more than I would in a big box store, where there’s no help and you have to ring yourself up.

Very nice employees. Always willing to help and provided a full refund on an item I bought that did not work as expected.
