So glad I found this place when I was looking for a battery for my truck because not only did their price come in lower than 3 name brand auto part store that I checked with they also installed the battery for me in minutes! And I haven't seen such WONDERFUL customer service in YEARS!! everyone was so kind and they all had smiles and Adhinn even offered to stay on the phone with me to get me to their shop because I'm horrible with directions he met me when I got there super nice guy and very knowledgeable and a A+++ attitude so save yourself some time and money and RUN to Continental Battery Systems for all you're battery needs.

Had a wonderful and pleasant experience doing business with them. Their rates are the cheapest as far as I know from calling all the local car battery shops, and the warranty is 75 months. The receptionist was really customer-friendly from the time I first called her, the time I arrived at her office, and the time I left. The service technician was super fast, and informed me of the full details regarding the old battery as well as the new battery. I definitely found the one and only shop I'll replace the batteries for all 3 of our cars...

If you need a battery, run, don’t walk over to Battery Systems. Best customer service and even met me outside because I was confused where to park. I was there all about 30 mins and more so from me talking. Battery comes with a warranty and if you live in Kapolei convenient and if not, still go. Wonderful atmosphere and not what you would expect from a warehouse. I have a Chevy Silverado and most quick places aren’t quick because of the work to remove what’s in the way. Just grateful to have called and found a wonderful business to assist me last minute and save my day.

If you need a new car battery, go here. If you're located in Kapolei, it's right in your neighborhood. If not, it's worth traveling to do business with this company. Excellent customer service. Quality car batteries with unusually long warranties. And they will install the battery for you for just $20, and they make the install quick and easy. And all this at a price way below what others are charging for worse batteries and worse service. I will never go anyplace else for a car battery again. The location is a little hard to find. It's in that warehouse complex area behind Costco. Look for building 15. The signage outside is slightly confusing. You know how every once in a blue moon you run across a company where the service is so great that they really deserve a 6th star? That was how my experience was with this company.

We have a boat at Ko Olina and after a Google search discovered that this was the closest place that sold marine batteries. What a lucky find! We were surprised with excellent customer service and we were quickly on our way. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No reason to go anywhere else.
