StorQuest Express Self Service Storage

Remote check in but u have to call twice...three times...not all specifics are given not unless u ask....different code to enter restroom, different code to enter the hallway, at the time I was there exit gate not working, off hours no hand trucks for transferring boxes to storage unit

This is my third time storing with this particular facility. It's always smooth and simple. And Chris is always friendly, helpful, knowledge, and just knows what I need.

Shoutout to the amazing staff who helped me not only move my items safely to their new location but also helped me move out of my current storage locker. Everyone was organized and kind. Extra thanks to Nikky for lifting the heavy items I couldn’t and placing them into the elevator. She also was kind enough to walk me straight to where my storage locker was relocated which was extremely helpful. I would 100% come back and use this storage company.

Storage space is excellent, able to park my truck right in front of Unit to unload and load my items. 24 hour access, restroom is clean. Managers Chris and Alyson was so helpful. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Dean

Was a little hesitant about purchasing a storage unit, but I am super glad that I did! Everything here is so tidy and organized. What blew me away the most though is the staff here, especially Chris Corpuz, who always gives the best quality service. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. If I ever need help with my unit I can always count on Chris! It is reassuring to know my belongings are in good hands at StorQuest Kapolei. 10/10 will recommend to all my friends and family. Happy Holidays!

My initial move in I found this location to be clean and well maintained, (thanks for keeping the restroom tidy) , since then it seemed to slide the other way. The various tenants are not always courteous and considerate of the others . That's where a better screening process comes in. Oil spills have been a problem now and then. In my view point, the best asset that this location, StorQuest as a whole has is employee, the manager Allison Goodness. Thanks. Merry Christmas I

I signed up at the Waipahu location for a unit in Kapolei. The process was quick and the staff was super helpful! And I love my unit. It’s super convenient with the 24 hr access and you can tell that the units are new. The location is very well taken care of and secure. Glad that I chose StorQuest as we move between houses!
