My car wouldn't start. I called them and they got to my location in 20 minutes! He even tried to jump my car before towing. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend calling if you need a tow!

Amazing! My car had been stuck in a garage underground and everyone I called kept telling me they couldn’t do it until I called Zain Towing. The price was understanding & the person who answered the phone seemed to really care about my situation and offered multiple solutions to what I needed. They made a call to send someone out and got here no more than 15-20mins later. Excellent service from the tow driver also, he helped push my car to get close enough to pull it up & loaded my car with no issues! Amazing customer service. I will definitely be calling them if I get into trouble again!

Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Took extra time to make sure everything was done safely and precisely how I asked. Very easy to talk to. I would recommend him to a friend family member or others looking for a good reliable honest quick service. Honestly the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever met. Doesn’t discriminate against disability age or color

So I’ve had an almost comical set of bad days. Finally ending with my car breaking down. I’m stuck in a Walmart parking lot sobbing to my hearts content and MJ was one of the kindest people out there. Very calm and relaxing. Even worked with my budget which had recently been spent on getting other crap for my car. Vic, the tow truck driver equally as kind and understanding. These two and this company in general had made my entire week. If I ever had to use them again, hopefully I won’t, I would use this company over and over.

Nas helped me out when my transmission had gone out. Even helped me find a good repair shop and ran a basic diagnostic on my car.

Two man team arrived within 30 min. Very communicative! Gave price upfront (didn't mention the surcharge for a credit card though_ but the manager gracioualy refunded since it was not disclosed upfront!) Professional, Swift, Adaptable (I changed mind about service center) and the placed the car beautifully in front of the repair shop. I was anxious, and they reassured me all would be ok.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I called multiple towing companies with no answer or voice mails that were full. Zain’s picked up and the dispatcher MJ was very helpful and told me someone would be to me within the hour, but probably less. He texted to confirm and within 25 minutes the driver Vick arrived. He was kind and courteous. I’m pretty distrustful of men I don’t know but Vick had a very calm demeanor and I felt comfortable around him. He asked me a few questions about the vehicle and loaded it up. They called and confirmed that my vehicle was delivered to the mechanic. I will use them any time I need a tow. The price was reasonable considering I called them before 8am. Thank you so much for a great experience yall!
