the manager ray was amazing, he was so welcoming and kind. walked us through the process and made sure all the locks, codes, etc worked. even helped me switch units with no complaints. really no complaints and very happy we chose to store with them. customer service is 10/10 and so is the process.
Ray has some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE out there in the Covington area. He has always been very helpful and professional every time I visit. Thanks Ray

Clean and safe storage units. Not the best value but great service. The site manger; Ray, is an amazing person and always of great help.
Great storage- secure, easy to enter and unload/load. Climate controlled, clean, safe and secure. Could always do better on prices, but other than that- very happy.
