You check in on a kiosk with an agent from India. I didn't have much trouble understanding the gentleman, or at least I could piece togetherthe info he asked for. You need your trailer number and trailer license plate number as well as delivery number. Got right into a dock for 7 am. I arrived at 6:45. Nice and open to back into. Yard person comes to remove your seal, also Indian but understandable. I'm waiting to see how long it takes to unload. Disconnect from your trailer once in a dock and park bobtail in spots 507 to 511 (bobtail spots) across from the docks.

Horrible team. Trainers are horrible they don’t train you they tell you what to do n walk off. Or they’ll tell you what to do in they own way. They will tell you to ask questions & look at you crazy. My coworkers who been there from September helped me better than my managers in dock.

Had delivery of gift from daughter delivered by Amazon driver and stolen by the driver after 5 seconds. Driver is a blond female with tattoos on her legs. No stars should be given.

Have ordered overnight delivery twice within a week, says it’s in the Kernersville facility around 4 AM what doesn’t deliver. Now stating it won’t be till tomorrow. This has happened twice within a week. Either deliver it on time or delete the overnight option

They reported my package as delivered….They did NOT deliver my package. They provided an invalid tracking number. I can’t reach anyone to discuss my delivery. I have spoken to others who have had this issue—particularly with Kernersville, NC location. Looking into Class Action lawsuit.

Terrible service. Delivery instructions were not followed. My package was left in the lobby of our 84 apt buiilding. I like many people am disabled and I am elderly. The distance from my apt to the place it was left is 120 feet. I am on a walker so I am not able to travel much. The management will not accept packages and the lease says so. There is no one at this shelf he left it on so there is no security. If this occours one more time I will no longer be an amazon customer..
