Incredible service and I didn’t even purchase anything. I have so much respect for this business - Ferny is such an honest man. When our battery died, we took it to Interstate and instead of just taking our money, Ferny recommended we first call the dealership to see if we could get it replace for free (we had just bought the car three months ago). I stopped in to buy a battery. I didn't know that they could also install it. I was told it was now too late and after the time that they could install it. Another associate then entered the room. The person helping me asked if they might have time to install it. That man agreed and he had it installed in less than 15 minutes. He said he also used to own a Honda Element and was very familiar with them. While installing, he checked some other electrical things on my vehicle and said they were all performing well. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that was provided to me that day. Thank you so much!
