Really good service. The young guys are friendly and helped diagnose my battery and get it replaced. It is very near my place so that is also convenient if my car is broken down. Will go back for basic car needs.

I scraped my car on a pole and have yellow paint on my white car. I stopped in Advanced Auto Parts on Alameda Parkway in Lakewood to see if there was a product that would work on it. The customer service at this location in Lakewood off of Alameda is outstanding. I visit here often for our car needs, and they always provide terrific guidance in helping me make the right and .most effective (cost and performance), and prudent decision for me. I would like to call out Kevin in particular! One of my vehicles is a Jeep Rubicon, and they are a bit finicky/difficult require regular maintenance to avoid major issues and large cost. Kevin has helped me in providing the right products with guidance to help me countless times, and avoiding those big ticket repairs! Cool guys, great team, clean store, all the products and service you need, I make this my go-to store and highly recommend you all do too! Thank you Avance Auto parts Team!!!

Great Service. Thank you Bradley. Exchanged my Battery after the other Advanced Auto Parts closed. A little technical but they got the job done. I now have a new battery.

Not a good visit. Out of not one, not two, but three separate employees nobody was wearing a mask, despite the number of 50+ elderly customers. Asked for help with getting two car batteries out of my car and was dismissively told to get them myself with a wave toward a dirty hand cart. Asked about dumping oil and they - again - told me to do it myself - which is a shockingly stupid thing to tell random customers to do themselves. Rude, unhelpful employees who don't wear masks despite the elderly customers. Would never shop here or return if not for the standing $50 off any order on the Advance Auto website.
