You walk in to see six teenagers standing behind the counter looking extremely displeased to see you’ve arrived. None of them offer to help you in anyway, and when you do ask for some assistance, they moan and complain about having to move their bodies and use their brains. After a painful interaction with a fellow human who wouldn’t blink an eye if you dropped dead in front of them, you finally get the parts you need. I get it, customer service sucks, it’s why I don’t work in it. But a little kindness can go a long way, and even manage to help you feel better about the job you have that you don’t want.

Jeremiah was so kind and helpful. He installed my battery for me. He was so friendly and pleasant, it wasn’t like he had to do this. He was happy to do it for me. What an asset you have in Jeremiah.

After going two other places to find a car battery, not only did I find one here, I found one here AND the gentleman who helped me, Michael O. installed it for me. I was so lucky I got a skilled mechanic with great customer service to help me. I am leaving out of town Tomorrow, road trip! Without Micheal’s assistance my weekend plans would have been ruined. I wish I read the reviews before going. I didn’t even know this guy was the manager when I saw his McDonald’s breakfast on the counter and me having to initiate the conversation on what I needed help with. He still didn’t even say anything just grabbed his equipment and I followed, and told him which one was my car . Mannerism was out the door since the beginning but true emphasis, when he asked for me to pop the hood. I know we live in a time where men wanna be courted but a "please" and "thank you" won’t cause your tongue to fall out. He told me my car battery was fine even though my car would stall EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to start it! I know the basics on cars when it comes to care and such, so I knew he couldn’t be right. I finally was able to get an appointment with my dealership service department and in less than 10 minutes they said my battery was at 30% and dying . I got a new battery and my car has been much better. I called Autozone to let that specific manager know his faults. How you get a job in a field you possibly like,but have no admiration to help individuals out?

AutoZone me hace sentir como en familia, porque tuve una experiencia que pensé que me iban a decir algo, tuve que ir al establecimiento como 4 veces que en el mismo día porque cuando no era una cosa era otra, y pensé que se iban a molestar por tanta preguntadera y mi sorpresa fue que en cada ida me explicaban y salía contento y con ganas de regresar si lo necesitara sin ningún problema, gracias a ese equipo de trabajadores.
