It's such a great experience to have ACS for our solar project, they are doing fast on final designing, installation, and inspection! It took only 2 weeks to finish everything, and another the system works great! Jerry, the project manager is so professional and fast responsing. We had trouble to find time for final day due to schedule conflicts, and he willing to come 7:30 pm on Friday to go through instructions for us. Love to recommend this company to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about ASC, the company that installed our Tesla solar roof. After hearing countless horror stories from friends and online reviews about botched solar installations—delays, shoddy work, and unresponsive companies—I was bracing myself for a nightmare. Instead, ASC turned what could’ve been a stressful process into a seamless, professional experience from start to finish. Right off the bat, their team stood out. Before we even committed, they took the time to analyze our electric bill and walk us through the financials, ensuring the investment made sense for us. They laid out several financing options and were incredibly flexible when we needed a little extra time to secure the funds—no pressure, no hassle. Once we gave the green light, they didn’t miss a beat. The crew showed up on time every day, worked fast, and tackled the job with precision. Even with a few rainy days slowing things down, they wrapped everything up in just four weeks—an impressive timeline for such a big project. The installation itself? Flawless. Our Tesla solar roof integrates perfectly with the Tesla app, so we can track exactly how much power we’re generating daily—it’s honestly kind of addictive to watch. There was zero damage to our house, and the work was so clean you’d never guess a major installation had just happened. Every concern we raised (and there weren’t many) was addressed immediately with clear communication and solutions. ASC proved that when it comes to solar, it *really* matters who you choose. They’re not just installers—they’re pros who care about getting it right. If you’re considering a Tesla solar roof, do yourself a favor and go with ASC. I highly recommend them!

Worst decision ever. I wish I never would have answered the door when they knocked. They promised no electric bill and never mentioned that I would not have enough panels to power my house. Never mentioned they don't sell you enough batteries to store power for your home. The best part is they forgot to mention that now on top of my NORMAL power bill I still have to pay monthly that once a year I get an additional $1,800 bill from Edison for having solar! So in trying to get rid of an $800 a month power bill in the summer I have the same power bill plus the $500 solar payments and the $1,800 in January. Please do not be fooled by the solar scam as I was.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I first engaged with this company on May , expecting reliable service and professionalism. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. From the beginning, communication was a struggle. Responses to my inquiries were delayed or dismissive, and it often felt like I was being passed around with no accountability. Even after multiple follow-ups, no one seemed to take ownership of my concerns. The project was supposed to be completed by June, but it was delayed repeatedly with little explanation. These missed deadlines caused serious inconvenience on my end and undermined my trust in the company’s ability to deliver. when i called them ,and sent email To make matters worse, customer service was frustrating at best—unhelpful, slow to respond, and generally unconcerned about resolving the issue. I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this helps others make an informed decision. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I had an ACS solar system installed with my pool years ago. We hit 9 degree's a few winters ago and a leak developed. ACS came out and fixed the leak. Their service has been great. Here is an example of solar temps "I gained "12 degree's" an "hour" in my "SPA" yesterday using my ACS system (4-6-14). The temps were as follows: outside temp 65 degrees, the pool temp was 56 degrees before activating solar at 10:00 am. By 1:30 (with the outside temp being 76 degrees) my spa was at 96 degrees using nothing but solar heat In the summer on a hot day I can gain 8 degrees in my "pool" easily..but I can also lose 6 degrees at night easily. If I were to use a pool cover I could retain almost 80% of my heat gains. Propane was $4.49 this year (ouch) it was so nice not to have to use propane to heat my spa. Their Techs were very nice people, top notch. But management needs to brush up on their communication skills. I had to contact Corporate to have a matter (issue) settled. Also on a finer note. When my pool was built the owner of ACS tried to charge me an extra 10% because it took so long to build my pool 2+ years and that prices had gone up. I guess my 5K in his bank account for 2+ years was overlooked. He did not want to honor our contract, which is "not" the way to do business. Update (3-22-16): they are a local company, and I hope their customer service has improved..A.V. needs businesses like this one...although I do my own repairs on my solar system (when the time comes). Also their cost to winterize a solar system is pricey..but they do have overhead, the techs are "great" people. Update 10-26-18 Great to hear Kathleen. I truly believe that any business that draws a line and says "from this moment forward we will strive to be the best, and follow the golden rule". We "all" have growing pains..it is part of life..sounds like ACS may have grown..again great to hear. I compared allot of companies and chose to do my roof and solar installation with ACS. They are very patient and explain everything thoroughly. John, Tom and Kathleen were always available. I’m happy to have done a new roof and solar panels. They were honest and trustworthy.

Brandon of Advanced Conservation Systems has twice serviced solar panel repairs and installation at my home. Each time he was able to expertly and quickly fix the panel issues and restore them to working order. I highly recommend his work.
