I want to personally say Thank you to the Lancaster Team and especially Elijah & Will for helping me navigate my unexpected battery replacement in my iPhone. Everyone during the process was so helpful and the timing was speedy. They also helped me check the status of my car battery and car key fob which gave me such a great peace of mind! Keep up the great work! & Thank you for Everything. Will definitely be back when needed.

Great service from Josh and team. My car battery was dead when I flew back into the airport on a Sunday afternoon. They had the battery and jumped on the replacement. My car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) has a unique battery setup, but they adjusted and even had to run out to get an extension. They got it all done and have me back on the road with a new battery. Much appreciated.

Stopped in for an auxiliary battery and not only was it installed but they helped with my trunk! These guys are awesome! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable

8/17/23 Back with a friend. She did not know it was there. She said that will be her go to place. This is a great place to find so much more than batteries. I just got a lifetime battery for our key fob. Fast and friendly service. Thank you. 4/20/24 Still as great as ever. Always seem to have what we need. 7/17/24 back again for a battery for our car key. Took about 2 minutes. Thank you. Always enjoy doing business with you. 12/20/24 back to get a battery for a watch. So glad I got the lifetime battery, have gotten it changed a few times and only paid once.

Jack and Jake are the absolute perfect examples of model employees. These guys have bent over backwards to help me and show nothing but absolute professionalism, knowledge and compassion. If it weren’t for the help I’ve received from these guys I don’t think I’d be making the hour long trip to and from this location

These guys changed my phone battery in about an hour today. I called first to make sure they could do it today. They made me an appt over the phone, which saved me $10. When I arrived they were expecting me and had already pulled the correct battery from inventory for me to make things go even more smoothly. I really needed their help and they came through for me!

Took my iPhone 15 plus here to replace back glass, and get new microphone / charge port installed. They broke the back glass of the new back glass they were installing , broke the new microphone / charge port they installed while putting the phone back together. Last but not least my phone started to turn on and off every 60 seconds after they opened it up. I assume they damaged the motherboard with the careless craftsmanship they used on my phone. Learned a lesson from these guys forsure. -$450 for trying to repair / service for very poor workmanship. I ended up having to buy a new phone due to the damage on my phone that ironically occurred after they opened it up to replace port. Beware
