My husband and I brought our car in on Saturday that had an issue with the battery that - to our surprise- was covered under the warranty. Brian had us in and out in under 20 minutes. Very personable and outstanding customer service!

What do you do when both of your RV house batteries die in the middle of a long trip? You go to Interstate Batteries, particularly the one on the Oregon Pike in Lancaster, PA. Fabulous customer service, great work - even cleaned the battery bay! In and out in no time at all!

Excellent service today at Interstate All Battery Center. Bryan, the mechanic, was able to install my new battery in about 15 minutes in the pouring rain. The owner, Mr. Brown was in the store and was so very helpful.

Integrity. The one word that defines a good business. My story: My battery died during some recent very cold weather. I have a trip coming up and wanted to have the battery checked. I went to the store this morning (2/12/25) and a gentleman checked the voltage and asked "you don't drive your car very much do you?" I told him that it had been sitting for a while. He told me the battery is fine, I just need to drive the car for a bit to recharge the battery in full. Now he could very easily have had me buy a new battery not knowing any differently, but he didn't. That is integrity. Without even a charge to test the battery. This is the place I will go when I eventually do need to replace my battery. No questions asked - integrity only encourages trust.

I had an issue with a battery that I purchased from here. I came in at 4:50pm, ten minutes before close. Brian (sorry if you are a Bryan) was working the store that day and came out to greet me without annoyance that I came in right before the end of his day. Brian proceeded to not only help me with the battery that I had I an issue with, but also helped me with the device I was having issues with as it was a dual issue with both battery and device. He fixed them both. Brian was knowledgeable about the battery, charging device, and the device it was being used in. He took the time to fix both issues and educated me on how to fix it in the future. Overall he took an interest in my device and talked shop about my hobby. Customer service has declined immensely over the years in my opinion and should be recognized when it shown. Brian rose above and beyond the standards I would expect of any place or individual. He fixed all my issues joyful and without irritation of my last minute walk in. He has for sure secured my business for future battery needs, I have plenty of Dewalt tools and saw the batteries in stock there, regardless of the price elsewhere, this is where ill go. Give this man a medal, employee, manager, owner, franchise of the year, whatever it may be.

These are my go to guys for everything! Replacing batteries is what they do but I do not think people realize all of the other services they provide. I've seen them fix electrical scooters, lengthen power chords, retrieve data from an ssd, it is just really great to walk into a store like that and deal with people that really know what they are doing. The friendly service always has me coming back!
