Battery Service

They don't have any way track customers. You need to have your receipts still at hand in order to have any kind of warranty honored. Older lady is not too savvy when it comes to what she carries. She wanted to give me an incorrect battery. I recommend the dude there. Not too cheaper than a new quality battery but it is cheaper.. I just went ahead and bought my truck an Optima Red Top.

I had a good customer service from all employees including the owner. I have been there several times for different types of vehicle batteries and their service is always good and and batteries are affordable when it’s an emergency and can’t afford the high priced batteries. Thank you all for your great service. You all continue to have a loyal customers from me and others of my family.

We bought a new battery after our last one aged out. The new battery lost all charge before the 30 days. We tried to recharge it and came back with a failed charge. So we took it back for a new battery with receipt in hand. They said "It is our policy to have it recharged for 24 hours. We then mark your battery as being full charge when given back." I said it is dead within 30 days, why aren't you replacing it? They said our car is the problem. Funny, we have never had car problems before this battery. As we were there, there was another guy with the same problem....now who's the problem? Don't even waste your time and money on this place. Odd I read most previous comments and it seems like maybe this place has gone to the cheaper service side.

Excellent Service... Family owned... Great Prices all the time. Friendly Staff.... had what we needed and at a reasonable price. Graci was able to visit our business and remind us of all the products they handle.. not just batteries. Intermediately bought what we needed (two commercial truck heavy duty batteries) and haven't had issues since. I would highly recommend their batteries... want to support local, this is the place.
