Les preguntas bien en que pasillo encuentras tal cosa y se amargan como si no fuera su trabajo. Y te atienden con cara de que toda su vida estan sufriendo. Tal vez si pusieran a personas con más dedicación mas gente fuera a comprar.

I am very disappointed i bought a water faucet and it was defective. I have to buy extra fittings because I have no choice and they were going to give me a discount and they didn't give me one next time I rader go to Home Depot or Lowes

Friendly staff and good service. The staff is nicest and friendly in town also very helpful with everything from selecting an item to loading up your truck very good service.

Tried to return a part that I didn’t need. Cashier was great, asked manager and was told not to return item without packaging. I told the manager they could easily sell the item it’s new and unused. I get it, they have a policy and it is what it is but for $6. They’d rather leave you with an item you don’t need rather than give a credit I would have used in the store on another item anyway. Manager raised voice and stated, "that’s how I sold it to you." Poor customer experience makes you wish you went to big chain stores with management that is empowered to make things happen and make sure you’re taken care of and want to return time after time.

Good variety of everything for construction and other home stuff. Knowledgeable staff. Great that they now have a rewards program.

Low quality goods and very incompetent staff. Went to have a key copied and the guy at the counter told me that they didn't know what the key was and that he didn't have. The original key had the brand name and key type stamped right on the head of the key. Just because the head was round and not squared like the usual keys. I honestly don't know why the reviews on all their stores are so high. It's kinda fishy if you ask me.

Great customer service! Always willing to help. Employees always with a smile make you feel welcome.
