Very good customer service from Yesenia, the best service I've had since the first day I came into the store.
Pesimo servicio, para tomar mi pago el dia de ayer espere mucho mucho tiempo mientras la señorita que estaba al frente solo estaba platicando con alguna familiar o algo asi despues de 25 minutos esperando final termine saliendo y fui a dar mi pago a otra tienda muy sercana en menos de 3 minutos tomaron mi pago es desagradable como cliente de esta empresa por mas de 5 años que pasen estas cosas y no es prime ves que se me trata mal en esta tienda
Went to redeem the gloves from T-Life Tuesday and the girl was rude!! Never going there again! I had my coworkers phone and mine 2 different accounts which they were!! She said she could only redeem 1 because it needed to be 2 different accounts! So I went back to my car and my coworker was getting down and she locks the door!! Super rude!!! Acts like if it were her gloves! So dumb!

I really enjoyed my experience with MetroPCS. The girl's Cecilia and Valeria that assisted me with my new phone were really helpful and answered everything I had doubts about.
Carlos did a great job attending me! Great place loved it! Super satisfied with everything today looking forward for many more visits !!
