Office Depot

Office Depot is where I go sometimes for office supplies and printing needs. I like the way it serves the customers in the printing section. You scan the QR code and once you receive the text message you respond with your name. Then wait for your name to be called. Today I was served with courtesy by Carlos. He gave me a quote for $171 for a full-color 2-sided brochure sized 11 x 8. It’s more or less the same quote from a local printer. When I paid, the cashier Alex accommodated my request to reserve 1 book that is on sale for a day. Yes, there are books on sale for $4.99 - and a number of them are interesting.

I had a good experience at Office Depot in general, however, as i was parked and ready to go home, one of the employees whose name I do not know, parked behind me for their shift I’m guessing, and as he got out and walked, he hit my mirror and didn’t even bother to apologize and looked at me in a very angry manner. He was a bald and skinny old guy. And it wasn’t just a light tap, he moved the whole thing.

Lauren in the print & shipping department was so helpful and patient with the correction of my ink stamp. Give that girl HER RAISE!! She’s the reason I’ll continue my business here

I went to get some copies of pictures. Loren went above and beyond to make sure the copies came out perfect. She was so patient and friendly. She did an amazing job with the copies, and they were cheap. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Loren!! I will definitely be going there for pictures.

Terrible experience today. I went to print some stuff out on their self printers, and I couldn't print a file. I asked for help and the guy with blue or green eyes (Didn't get his name) couldn't even bother to look at me, and when I asked for assistance he didn't help at all. Terrible customer service! Guy was too busy looking at the computer that he couldn't even say "in one moment I can help you." Never coming again.

Will not print out birthday invites due to copyright concerns. However other options were permissible but workers did not mention it.0 Called other Office Depot locations and they were more advisable. Go to UPS to print.

The store in Laredo has the best customer service. Ana the manager is one who helped me. She offers the best customer service. She always exceeds my expectations. She is one of the main reasons I go to Office Depot. In copy and print Ana and Joe offer the best customer service as well. They try to help in every way possible to satisfy customers needs. The best store for all my business needs!
