Mr Manny Rodriguez provided excellent customer service. He was very patient and helpful. I never felt as if I was being rushed. He made sure all my questions were answered and was always kind, friendly & courteous. Please be aware that he is an amazing asset to your company. I am so grateful for his professionalism and attention.

Went to T-Mobile inside the Laredo mall and had excellent service by Gazelle and the other team members.I even got convinced to get 2 phones and another line when already having 9 lines on my account.Went back the following day and George helped me this time and provided awful service and blamed me and everything else for his errors.I respectfully just asked him to forget what he was trying to help me with and I left.So, I left and on my way to the McPherson location I expected disappointing results but was I wrong.I was immediately greeted by Victor walking in the door and he fixed every issue I needed fixed and even went above and beyond on adding all my bank cards to my wallet.That guy was awesome and should go to the mall and train those guys. Thanks for the great service and your kindness Victor.Keep up the great work.The service was so good that other team members "Pamela" even checked up on how everything was going from time to time. Now that's teamwork!!

I don’t understand why you have to sign into the store just to receive the T-Mobile Tuesday reward they’re making the customers wait after all. The other customers have been waiting on before they can simply receive the reward to leave the store.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at one of your T-Mobile locations. I went in to address an issue with my service, and the representative there told me that T-Mobile was experiencing a nationwide outage and that nothing could be done. Trusting their word, I left—only to visit a different T-Mobile store shortly after, where I was told that there was no nationwide outage at all. I feel like I was blatantly lied to, either out of convenience or a lack of care. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable, especially from a company I rely on for essential communication. It’s frustrating to know that I could have resolved my issue if I hadn’t been misled. T-Mobile, you need to hold your staff accountable for giving out false information. Customers deserve honesty and professionalism.
