Great stay! Very friendly front desk staff both during checkin and checkout. Helpful and friendly shuttle drivers, with a shuttle that runs whenever you need it to the airport. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. As a lifetime Platinum member for Marriott, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Pricing is a bit more that other TownePlace hotels, but I’d pay it again for such great service!

Great hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. Staff is amazing and friendly. My only complaint and it isn't the hotel's fault is the road noise is horrible. Motorcycles revving their engines, load exhaust revving their engines. Hard to sleep at 3AM with that kind of noise. But again not the fault of the hotel.

Great hotel for those on an extended stay. New couches, full size refrigerators, kitchenette, comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning/heating, organized closet, and plenty of water pressure. I've been staying at this hotel for years. I appreciate that the management continues to upgrade the property. I also really appreciate the maintenance and housekeeping staff. They are the ones who keep the place tidy, cleaned, and maintained. Another bonus is new washers and dryers on the first floor. No quarters required, no special app required. Just bring your credit card and have at it. Thanks TownPlace Management and Staff!

It is a nice hotel but the network connection and the Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. I can never get any signal whatsoever in my room often times have to go outside of my room, even away from the hotel to get any sort of service. This is very disappointing because I have T-Mobile and I have great service everywhere, I think this is something that the Hotel needs to work on. Also, my ventilation system continues to fluctuate, up-and-down despite the fact that I consistently turn it to a certain temperature.

Great location and the front desk staff are very courteous and professional. Great shuttle service available to the airport. Letty sets up the breakfast food every morning and is very kind and helpful and does a great job keeping the area clean and stocked with coffee and breakfast items. Five stars for this great hotel and its employees. The employees represent the Marriott name with pride and professionalism

I am an Army Officer. My unit chose this hotel to house about 45 Soldiers. Since arriving 4 months ago 30 of those Soldiers have requested an alternate hotel. This is due to poor maintenance of the facility. Since arriving, I have heard complaints from our unit of over 30 instances of broken air conditioning. We were without hot water at least once. My room flooded. There is a musty odor that comes and goes. Finally, ferrell cats are everywhere. The cats are all over the lobby - like 7 of them!

I stay at Town Pl., Marriott very often. This one was very clean and the service was great. The food in the morning was excellent especially with potatoes. The only negative I had to say about this hotel was that there were no up-to-date USB chargers in the room and also the windows were very low quality soundproof windows. There is a nightclub across the street and it sounded like the window was open half the night with the music roaring. When we use earplugs and fly through it, I would stay here again, but I think the hotel doesn’t upgrade for the chargers and the windows need to be better soundproof
