We purchased power steps for our 2021 FORD Bronco from AMP Research which my husband installed. Upon completing the installation the power steps did not function properly due to wrong wiring instructions. After several phone calls, waiting for replacement parts, and reinstalling the new parts, the system still did not work. We spoke to Sean at Four Wheel Drive Parts in Las Vegas. He advised us to bring the vehicle in and have them take a look at it. Upon review of the wiring and a quick fix, the steps functioned properly. A BIG thank you to Sean and his staff for resolving the issue so quickly. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I wanted to put 37" tires on my 2022 Ford F250 and was not at all familiar with what was required and knew these sized tires would not fit my truck without modification. The guys at 4 Wheel Parts helped me every step of the way choosing an affordable 2.5" lift, wheels, and tires. Once the parts came in the guys had my truck completed in about 6 hours! Here are the before and after photos. The truck turned out even better than I imagined! Thank you 4 Wheel Parts!!!

Have to say everyone is really knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. There is an exceptional gentleman, Travis L who should be acknowledged. Bought a bed liner, and some wheel inserts from another salesperson. Decided to install on my own to save a little. 30 minutes to close stopped in to pick up. In my stupidity did not realize couldn't fit liner in bed without issue to get it home. Travis did kind deed that no one these days would. He said I'm worried you will not be able to get it home. Hopped in bed popped off rails and cover and basically fit in place for safety told me what was needed to finish. Realized outside my skill level to notch it in allowing tailgate to close,decided to pay install fee. Save yourself the stress pay the install. That's where whole company shined, I have to leave town next day they squeezed me in. You could not ask for a kinder gentleman for all patrons, and honest hard working guys there to help newbies like myself as well as veteran off roaders. You may find parts a little cheaper but don't do it. Spend the extra and go here service, care and people who go above and beyond make it a steal.

I had a great experience with 4 Wheel Parts. They checked out my vehicle thoroughly and were very flexible with my pick-up schedule, which made things really convenient. What stood out the most was their honesty—Shawn and the team let me know that everything with my vehicle was fine, when other shops probably would have tried to take advantage of the situation. I bought a Jeep (used) a year ago. I have been getting it fixed at the Jeep dealership because I had a warranty. Well my warranty expired and of course my power step motor broke. So I took it back to the Jeep dealership and they wanted over $900 to fix it!! A friend referred me over to some place called 4 Wheel Parts. I took it over to them and they quoted me $350. Then because I was referred over to them by a friend, took it down to $250!! That’s with labor AND PARTS! What an honest and reliable company they are. Shawn (the guy who really helped a friend then me) was super courteous, nice and helpful especially on the price…is wonderful to work with! Great company 4 Wheel Parts! Anyone that owns a Jeep must come here before ANY dealership!!

Fair price for tires and lift but they don’t know how to balance tires or how to do a proper alignment. Had to take it to another shop to finally get it right and now drives like a dream. What a hassle. Use caution before having them work on your truck. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.
