These guys are excellent! There communication was on point. When they first arrived they immediately told me what was damaged. They placed everything where I wanted it. I asked them to put a loveseat upstairs and they did with no complaints! I have no complaints! I highly recommend! My experience has been only positive. Sabrina, in particular, has gone above and beyond and made this move a lot less stressful. I've had a LOT of questions and requests, and always she has responded quickly and professionally. I have been treated like a valued customer. I cannot recommend them enough.

Big T was amazing! He treated my belongings like they were his own and made sure everything was packed safely and securely. He showed up on time, worked hard, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and respectful. I’ll definitely call him again for my next move!

Big shout out to Big T and his crew! We've had some pretty terrible experiences with moving companies in the past, and I am delighted to say our experience this time was very positive. Big T called me the day before to let me know what time he and his crew would show up, and they showed up on time (a little early actually). Communication was excellent, and the crew personally introduced themselves to us before they got started. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and turned a 2-day loading job into a 1-day loading job. They kept things light, and obviously had a great rapport with one another. Thanks Big T and your team for everything you did to help us move out of our home with ease!

My wife and I have moved several times over the past 40 years yet we have never experienced a more professional moving company then we did this last move with United Van Lines. From the start David met us to review our load and immediately due to his competency closed the contract giving us a start and completion date. Our handler Tamara was always on the ball, pleasant, and available to answer our questions and to keep us informed and in the loop. Big T our transporter was extremely capable, and kept us up to date during his entire trip across the country. When a delay happened, as they do, he maintained his cool and his humor and we never felt alarmed or confused. Big T and Josh arrived earlier than they expected and the two of them unloaded and unpacked with speed and efficiency. The pair are funny, sweet, clean, and polite. They truely enjoy the job, the client, and each other, and they never dropped the ball during the task at hand. Five Star experience from start to finish. Good communication, on site inventory with Scott to estimate costs, and a emailed list of things to consider before moving day (several saved me time). This moving crew (Big T and Josh) made the experience exceptional. Move Out: Big T and Josh called the day before to coordinate. They showed up a few minutes early, communicated effectively during the loading, pointed out existing scratches and dents on items. The entire day they worked hard and remained professional and good humored. Move In: At the destination, I again received a call the day before delivery to coordinate arrival times. They even had to arrange to rent a smaller truck just to get the items down the driveway to the house - and never once complained about having to unload and load again just to deliver and unload a second time. Throughout the day they asked where things should go (if not written), and when one cheap piece of furniture made of particle board had a chip missing - I could tell it really bothered Big T who took pride in delivering the goods in the same condition he loaded them in. To top it off, before they left, they even asked if there were any pieces I couldn’t lift by myself that I now realized I wanted in another part of the house…offering to move them again before they left. I felt like the crew made this experience as painless as it was. They were personable, easy going, hard working, and cared about me as their client. They left me feeling that choosing them was a great choice. Nobody wants to move their things - but if I move again, I hope this company and crew are available.

Big T and his crew arrived on time, communication was stellar and made the experience very easy for me and my family! This was my first big move and he was able to make me laugh and showed immense care for my home goods. 10/10 would choose in a heartbeat!
