I enjoyed my experience with my salesman. I forgot what his name was but he was cool. He sat at the table to the left when you forst come in the side door. He helped us get in a vehicle. Im only subtracting a star because at the end of the process another man with black hair came over to sign the papers with us. Idk his demeanor was off. Idk if he was having a bad day or he just didn't want to be at work but yea he through me off. I asked questions and it seem like I was bothering him idk. Other then that I'm glad they helped me out and my Salesman was really great at his job...Dang I wish I knew his name.

Elit Alvar was such a huge help! The car was for my mom, and he made her feel super comfortable and confident through the whole process. He was really patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. His Spanish is great, which made communication easy and helped my mom feel understood and taken care of. You can tell he genuinely wants to help — he didn’t mind going back and forth with his manager as many times as needed to get us the best deal possible. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Además, no tuvo problema en hablar con su gerente las veces que fuera necesario para conseguirnos el mejor trato posible. Todo fue muy fácil y sin estrés. Well this sucked. They said they were going to do a soft pull credit but my boyfriend had his credit hard pulled at least 4 times by the different banks they use. I was interested in the 15 year old car for 7k but was shown a 3 year old car for 16k. Was told I can’t get bank financing for the older car, and would need to put 40% down for in-house financing. Idk buying a car is never fun but the whole doing a hard pull on his credit and being shown cars outside of our budget was just not it. Andrea was really nice, but ya know she just did the typical up sell tactics.

Need a car? This place is my only recommendation! The staff at Baja Auto Sales are super friendly, kind & got me into the vehicle I was looking at the same day I contacted them. The process was smooth, fast & easy. Danny was such a big help. I told him what I was working with and he got me into the car I wanted. Raymundo let me test drive the vehicle and walked me through the simple paperwork process. Elite also helped with the paperwork and communicated really well. I definitely recommend Baja Auto Sales!
