Batteries 4 Less Warehouse

Their batteries have died on me twice, I got the battery life examined at an AutoZone, they told me it was at 0% If you purchase from here, be warned, your battery won’t last more than a few weeks.

Do not come here. They will sell you a battery that barely works, get you to buy a warranty then when you come back they want to charge labor again after they have sold YOU a faulty battery. I called the owner tried to explain and he had a very nasty attitude, as well his wife. What's the point. Saying we don't need business like this. No!! I don't need service like this. My advice go somewhere else that gives a real warranty... Learn some customer service Fernando!!!!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Inexpensive charges with guarantee terms. The customer service and labour is professional and fast. They did overtime while waiting for me. I really liked everything about here. The only thing is if you don't want to wait while repairing you need Uber to take you from there because their location is slightly away from shopping centers.

The lady at the front desk, Karen, needs a lot of training on customer service, she was rude handling my situation which by the way it took almost 30 minutes, I asked her to have someone help me, she just she just shoulder nodded "I don’t know". When the time was to charge me she "warned" me if I lost my receipt there is no warranty, (with a tone) somebody needs to train this lady on how to deal with customers, it would be different if she said instead "Warranty is for two months if anything goes wrong just bring the battery along with the receipt" Very simple but in a nice way. Overall a very bad customer experience, sorry!!

100% recommend, great service . Knowledgeable patient and professional. I got an alternator and battery and they serviced my car I was driving in no time !! Very helpful

They were just a little bit late w/ opening which is understandable, at times. I called one of the numbers on the entrance doorway area and one worker answered relaying to me that he would be at the site location I was at in 10 minutes. He arrived slightly beyond the spoken ETA but upon arrival they were on their J.O.B. and I was done as quickly as possible.
