I arrived 2 min before my appointment and Marcey helped me with check in and was super thorough. He had my phone fixed in 45 min or so for the front screen crack. Phone is as good as new! Thank you!

I set up an 11:30am appointment and drove over 20 mins to the store to get my phone repaired on my lunch break from work and when I got there the door was locked and no one answered the phone. There was no warning. There was no email advising they won't be open. I understand emergencies happen but if you're allowing people to set up appointments then you should let them know if you're not going to be open at the time because I wasted my entire lunch break going here and my phone is still broken and the claim on my phones insurance isn't letting me change the repair people my phone claim is through and I am not coming back here ever. This is bad business practice. This store is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend going here. 0 stars if I could.

Found what I needed. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and very kind. They're lucky to have him as an employee.

I didn’t get the managers name who was also lovely, but DJ who I dealt with needs a raise no questions asked! Outstanding customer service, could’ve easily said they couldn’t help me but they drove me to another location to specifically re build it faster for me. DJ is the reason people come back to these stores as repeat customers. Don’t forget to compensate the employees that go above and beyond. Thanks again DJ !

Very bad service and the personal very aggressive is like if they doing a favor, like you are not paying them for the service and the phone screen for what I went for doesn't work properly and I shake my phone feels like they left something lose in side

Great experience. The battery packs I needed would have needed to be custom made, and too expensive. Salesman pointed me to a different product and solved my need for less. Would recommend!
