BMS Moving & Storage

I am writing this review about a month late but I cannot stop thinking about how amazing our packing/loading crew was. From the moment they entered our house they were very communicative and professional. They made sure we knew exactly what was going on and made us feel comfortable. The best part was getting our stuff delivered(not by them) and finding everything in perfect shape! The way they packed everything ensured that all of our stuff arrived safely! We are more than happy with their service and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing moving services. Thank you to Jenna’s crew for such an amazing experience!! Also, my favorite part was how they taped our totes! Left no tape residue! 🙂

I am writing to share feedback regarding a moving service I received in April. Dominick and Garret were the movers assigned to pack up my house. While they started the day with good attitudes, an incident occurred that I found to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. During the day, Dominick entered my pantry without permission and consumed some of my cookies, chips, and oranges. Garret was present but did not intervene. This behavior was unacceptable. If they were hungry, they could have taken a break or asked for food. As a result of this incident, I requested that the company send a different crew for the second day of service, which they did. The new crew was excellent and packed my house very well. I also asked for compensation for the food that had to be discarded due to Dominick's unsanitary actions, but I have not received any. I would advise caution when assigning Dominick and Garret to future jobs.

Would totally recommend this company to anyone out there, who is looking for a quick, clean and fast move out. I am very impressed on how these two worked as a team, and very kindly respectfully had everything done very proper and professionally. Thank you both Garrett and Dominic. They work very well. I am so glad we had two hard dedicated workers help us out with this big move. I am the sister of Armando Garza and I am visiting in from Texas and I am very impressed. Just wanted to share this experience while being out of state and recognizing such great people thank you for all you’ve done for my brother and his family much greatly appreciated, God bless!!!

Garrett, Ramon Dominick, Roger, Steve, they came first thing in the morning. That was a new thing, i didn't have to wait with antisipation, plus they got right to the point. First time ever, also my house wasn't trashed with boxes just thrown everywhere. It was really cool getting an organized garage, let's say typical TMO wasn't this fast and accommodating trying to be this organized. I would saw awesome. Hicieron un trabajo realmente increíble, muy amable y profesional.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Ramon, Eddie, and Junior were wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and were able to accommodate our dogs AND some of our special requests. They were professional, efficient, diligent, fast, and delicate with our household goods. I would 100% use them again in the future! I cannot recommend them highly enough - my only regret is that i can only give them five stars (they earned a lot more)!

I had a wonderful experience with this moving company. They were efficient, quick, and friendly. Dominick made sure my home was protected prior to moving my items.They listened to my item placement plan and executed everything perfectly. Jenna ensured all of my items were delivered according to the inventory sheet during and at the end of the move. Garrett and Dominick moved my King size bed upstairs with ease! Mind you, my house isnt that big.Then i saw Garrett moving two boxes upstairs on his back! The most helpful part about the move was Jenna, Dominick and Garrett assembled all the items i needed assembled and they even help clean up trash afterwards. They made this move seamless for me. Thank you for this wonderful moving experience!

Just got all of my stuff packed. These guys were quick, efficient, and super friendly down to earth folks! The coordinator was very communicative, and the packers they sent, Garrett, Ramon, and Dominick, were the best and made sure everything was packed perfectly! I have been through 5 moves in my time in the military and this by far was the best experience I have had with packers. Absolutely great and respectful crew!
