Camping World RV Sales

Great counter guy. Newest products told me for the price. This one is the least amount of return defective part. I bought one third it in the bunk under the motorhome and drove down the road. Got to Phoenix. Costco filled it up with gas and drove around back and the lot was full so I drove over to an empty yard and jacked the motorhome up. Turned the air conditioner on and replaced the pump. Yeehaw this new one's quiet. I let the store on North I-25 Longmont Colorado that they have some great competition.

Camping World's failure to adhere to its mission statement, which prioritizes customer satisfaction and reliable products is a lie and disappointing. My 87-year-old father bought an RV from Camping World Las Vegas in April 2025, but it soon became apparent that the vehicle had not undergone a thorough inspection by the staff. Contrary to their assurances we found the Forrester RV had extensive water damage under the windows by booth, and overhead cab. This could have been detected by simply removing the cushion (see pictures). They advised him that they did their due diligence. My father is 87 old veteran, he bought a RV from Camping World thinking this was an established company that would stand behind their product. WRONG. They took advantage of a veteran and an elderly man. And then wouldn’t take any action to make it right ! And they sold him a $9000 service agreement on a $30,000 RV. You should have concerns about the company's commitment to quality, accountability and customer service.

I found a used camper I wanted at this location on RV trader and all of the photos looked great here and on their website. They were quick to work with me on price and arrangements for the deal and pick up were made. I live 4 hours from this location so I hadn’t yet seen the unit in person. Upon arrival the camper was sitting out front, detailed and ready for me to see it/ close the deal. My excitement was immediately deflated as I looked it over and found a variety of issues. AC unit damaged, paint significantly faded, crack in the counter top, roof seals poor shape, sink plumbing leaking, cabinet door delaminating, and there were signs of potential water damage on the ceiling. There was no mention of any damage or issues whatsoever during the lead up communication. Sadly I had to walk away from the deal and chalk it up as an 8 hour round trip to Vegas. I didn't expect it to be in "showroom" condition but I would have appreciated some transparency on these things before I made the trip. To their credit, they did offer to replace the cabinet door and AC unit cover but I had no interest in spending the night in Vegas or waiting for parts to be shipped/ installed. Even with that, there was more wear on the camper and potentially bigger issues that I wasn’t interested in living with.

We had a fantastic experience with Lincoln! Despite the 100-degree heat, he took the time to show us multiple campers and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. Although we didn’t make a purchase this time, we truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. When we're ready to buy, we’ll definitely be asking for Lincoln!

Had the best experience today. Was camping in Provo Utah and our electric ball jack stopped working. We were headed down to Lake Mead so we called and left a message for the service department, not having much hope they would return our call. Not only did Ed call us back but he made arrangements for us to be seen today. It was a simple fix and we were on our way. Thank you Ed in service depth. It was great customer service and I would highly recommend this Camping World!

We like that we were able to get a trailer off the lot. However we were told the trailer we were getting was new (shipped in May) and it is not and we drove home on a flat tire. My husband picked it up otherwise I would have pointed out that it was not a new one and the broken items. The shipment sticker says Jan. Reached out multiple times to bring it back and have a new tire put on because who buys a new off the lot camper and the tire is flat before even using it. No one responded to it. The tire also says it was made in 11/2024 so who knows what else it’s been on. Trailer also came with broken under carriage inside the stow area (the wood holder is broken). We loved our sales rep Rick and recommend him to everyone. But there was shadiness in quality and finance department issues.
